Light orange Ice cream

Golden Orange

Ingredients:

• A pint of orange juice
• One tablespoon of low calorie jelly
• The grated rind of one orange
• 250 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
• A few drops of orange essence
• Sweetener to taste

Preparation:

Place in a blender cup squeezed orange juice, a tablespoon of gelatin, orange peel grated white cheese and low in calories. Blend all ingredients until it forms a smooth paste.

Then you have to put the cream in a pan where you have to heat the preparation, as bats a bit. Turn off heat, add a few drops of orange essence and your favorite sweetener. Test the mixture first to find out if you want or think something is missing.

Finally, you will no longer be placed in containers and freeze. Make a first frozen for about 20-30 minutes. While preparation is then stirred and carries cold drink again until the desired consistency. There’ll be ready to serve.
